Mrs. Dooley graduated from Auburn University with a Bachelor's in Education in Speech Therapy and Mental Retardation. Vince Dooley, the football coach at the University of Georgia, passed away on October 28, 2022. It is altogether fitting and proper that after a long campaign and a lot of lobbying, Governor Brian Kemp, school president Jere Morehead and the Board of Regents made Dooley Field at Sanford Stadium a reality in 2019. She also earned a masters degree in guidance and counseling. Derek also served as athletic director during his time at Louisiana Tech (from 2008 to 2010). She went to Auburn University, where she received her bachelor's degree in speech therapy and special education.
